Terms of sale.

1. Seller and eligible customers

INN-TANK SRL, VAT IT02495970226, Via Alle Sette Fontane 30, 38123 Trento, Italy; info@inn-tank.it. The offer is intended for businesses, professionals, public bodies and organisations purchasing for professional purposes, not consumers.

2. Digital products

Each product page describes contents, formats, price and expected outcome. Kits are general operational resources and do not constitute legal advice, certification, a statement of compliance or a guarantee of results.

3. Licence

Purchase grants one organisation a non-exclusive, non-transferable, perpetual licence for internal use. Resale, publication, distribution to third parties and removal of INN-TANK references are prohibited without written permission. Internal adaptation is permitted for the licensed organisation.

4. Prices, payment and invoicing

Prices are stated in euro excluding VAT unless otherwise indicated. Stripe processes payments. The fiscal invoice is issued separately through Fatture in Cloud using billing data collected during checkout.

5. Delivery

Digital kits are sent to the checkout email address within one business day after payment confirmation. Customers should check spam folders and promptly report delivery issues. Corrupt or incomplete files will be resent without charge.

6. Consulting

Scope, duration, preparation and expected outcome are stated on the service and booking pages. Consulting does not include hands-on system work, legal advice or certification unless agreed in writing. Rescheduling or cancellation requires at least 24 hours’ notice.

7. Continuous services

Fees, minimum duration, renewal, service levels, included activities and excess work are defined in the specific proposal and contract. Specific terms prevail where they differ from this page.

8. Support

Purchase includes the version available on the order date. Future updates are excluded unless stated otherwise. Delivery and file-integrity support is available at support@inn-tank.it.

9. Responsibility

The customer remains responsible for decisions, configurations, system changes and compliance. INN-TANK is not responsible for use outside the stated purpose, customer modifications, failure to assess the specific context or indirect losses, within the limits permitted by law.

10. Intellectual property and confidentiality

Content, structure and materials remain the property of INN-TANK or their respective owners. Confidential information shared during consulting is used solely to deliver the service, subject to legal obligations.

11. Applicable law

These terms are governed by Italian law. The Court of Trento has jurisdiction over disputes with professional customers unless mandatory law provides otherwise. Commercial enquiries: info@inn-tank.it. Billing and administrative enquiries: amministrazione@inn-tank.it.

The Italian terms are the primary contractual text. This English version supports international professional customers and should be reviewed for complex contracts or public procurement.
