Data and purposes
Technical systems may process IP address, request date and time, requested page, outcome and device information for service delivery, security and abuse prevention. Contact forms process name, email, organisation, topic and message solely to answer the enquiry and carry out requested pre-contractual activities.
Legal basis
Contact enquiries are processed to take steps at the data subject’s request before entering into a contract. Security and correct operation rely on the controller’s legitimate interests. Non-essential technologies will require consent where applicable.
Retention and recipients
Enquiry data is retained for the time needed to manage the request and, if a relationship begins, according to applicable contractual requirements. Hosting, email and technical providers may process data under appropriate arrangements. Transfers outside the EEA, if any, use the safeguards required by the GDPR.
Your rights
You may request access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection and portability where applicable by writing to info@inn-tank.it. You may also lodge a complaint with the Italian Data Protection Authority.
